It is suggested to simply find a vehicle in-person and scan if you are riding today. Day-of walk-ins are available for most vehicles. We reserve the right to cancel or block bookings for reasons such as maintenance or weather.

You may cancel without fee if there is a weather warning or significant rain (at least more than 0.5mm per hour over course of 2 hours forecasted during your reservation). See booking tool below and cancellation policy for more cancellation details.
